Ours to Love

Page 29

He wanted to be the last person she thought of when she drifted off to sleep tonight and the first person she thought of when she awoke tomorrow.
“Then do it,” Xander drawled.
He blinked up at his brother. Everything about Xander’s expression said that he was completely serious. “She’s yours. I’d love to, but you—”
“I’m sharing.”
“We can’t share her virginity.”
“Do you have feelings for her?”
London tried to rise from the bed. “Please don’t ask that. I want you both. I’m eager to be with you, and the rest of it doesn’t—”
“Matter?” Xander interrupted, then turned to Javier. “Yes, it does. Answer my question.”
Jesus, his brother was cross-examining him when lust was fogging his logic so badly he wasn’t sure he knew his own goddamn name. But if he wanted London . . . “Yes.” He looked down at her spread across his rumpled bed, her innocent blue eyes giving way to a womanly knowledge, her rosy cheeks and swollen lips drawing him to her again and again. But it was her heart he yearned for most. “In you, I see the kind of person I’d like to be. I’ve spent too long in darkness, trying so hard to be in control, gathering all the bitter anger I could muster and shoving it into my heart so I wouldn’t be weak. I’ve walked away from everything in life that matters, leaving myself only work and vodka. Then you came in, opened your sweetness to me, and . . .”
God, was he in love with her? Wasn’t that impossible? He’d only known her for a few days. But during that time, he’d seen exactly who she was, and he knew that if she walked away for whatever reason, he would be devastated.
London reached up and pulled him to her, fusing their lips together for a tender moment. When he lifted his head to look at her, she wore her heart in her eyes, and Javier swore for sure that she could see through him, to all his emotions spilling out.
“You intrigued me when I met you . . . which was even before you met me. I saw you at Kata’s house, the morning Xander brought you to Lafayette, before you woke. You stumbled from bed, and I helped you back in. You looked at me and called me beauty.”
A pretty flush stained her cheeks again, and Javier caressed her soft skin in his palm. He didn’t remember the incident, but it made him smile. “You cared about me even before you knew me.”
She was simply that sort of person.
London nodded. “And I wanted you. It was my first thought when I saw you.” Then she turned to Xander. “I was already daydreaming about someone just like you watching me before you appeared in the club. Then, when you stood there, it was as if I’d conjured you up. You were a fantasy come to life.”
“That day in the club, what did you want me to do?”
She swallowed. “Watch me. Want me.”
“I did. I still do. But you wanted me to fuck you, too. Now we will. Javier?”
His brother was suggesting that he be London’s first lover. Need gripped him, strangling his good intentions. His balls were heavy, his cock felt ready to burst. But he had to think of London.
Gently, he lowered his lips to hers once more, hovering just over them. Her lips parted in breathless welcome beneath him.
“Come for me, little one.”
She cocked her head in confusion . . . until he sifted his fingers through her saturated folds and gathered her moisture, spreading it over her clit again. Sucking in a shocked breath, she stiffened, legs parted wide, and moaned.
As soon as he circled her clit, all the sensations that he and Xander had been heaping on her for long minutes rushed over her. His brother helped, nuzzling her neck, her breasts, inhaling her scent, whispering naughty suggestions in her ear that Javier could barely hear. His heartbeat roared in his ears so loudly. The more London moaned, the more her clit hardened and her body writhed, the more she looked at him as if she was terrified he would shove her off the cliff and not be there to catch her. And the more he was determined to give her total pleasure.
Then her mouth opened in a silent scream. Javier felt the tremors jerk her body. She jolted, her body bowing. The musky scent of her pussy perfumed the air. Her pale skin flushed even rosier from head to toe. She let go completely and screamed until he thought the windows might shatter. It was one of the most beautiful sounds he’d ever heard.
“Fuck me,” he heard Xander growl in her ear. “Such gorgeous surrender. I love the way you don’t hold back.”
Javier kissed his way across her jaw softly, up to her mouth. She panted, and he brushed his lips against hers lightly. “Thank you for trusting me. That was amazing.”
He didn’t speak those words lightly. The sight of her giving herself over, trusting him with her body so completely, humbled him. With a sob, London threw her arms around his neck and pulled him closer, burying her face in his shoulder. Her body shook, and almost instantly he felt tears wet his chest. They broke something inside him.
Gently, he set her away slightly so he could stare down into her eyes. “Little one? Did I upset you? Are you afraid?”
With a shake of her head, she seemed to struggle for words. “That blew me away. Until you two, I-I’d only ever had orgasms with my fingers and toys. I . . . wasn’t prepared for how powerful you giving me the sensations would feel.”
As if embarrassed, she buried her face against him once more, and Javier melted all over. Nothing about London was artificial. It didn’t occur to her to hide or wear a mask. This wasn’t a game to her. She simply opened herself up and gave.
Javier raised his gaze to meet Xander’s, silently asking if they should wait for her. Maybe she wasn’t ready for the two of them or for sex just now. His dick wanted to protest vociferously, but that wasn’t what mattered.
“She’s fine,” his brother mouthed.
London needed to be held, he realized, so he cradled her body close. Xander snuggled in on her other side, and she curled an arm around his neck, too. Soon, his brother was kissing his way up, then setting his lips tenderly over hers. She responded to Xander’s coaxing, opening for him and allowing him into the depths of her mouth—of her heart—with that kiss.
Then slowly, Xander pulled away. “He’s going to be good to you, belleza. You know that, right?”
With a nod, London looked over to him with wide, trusting eyes. Xander passed a condom in his direction.
Javier shook his head, refusing to take the little foil package. “She’s yours. You’ve already shared so much.”
Xander grabbed his wrist and forced the little square into his hand. “You need her, and she wants you. Go on.”
“You need her, too. Besides, I’m too close to the edge. This long without sex . . .” He kissed London’s forehead. “The last thing in the world I want to do is hurt her because I can’t restrain myself. You have far more experience. I’ll just be a battering ram. You’ll treat her right.”
“You sure?” Xander frowned.
“I don’t trust myself.” Javier could just feel the regret oozing from his pores. “And I know you want her.”
Xander nodded. “Belleza?”
Javier knew what Xander asked with that one endearment. Was she ready? Did she want him? Did she trust him? Did he matter to her? The questions were etched into his face. It occurred to him that he’d never seen his younger brother care this much about any one female. But something had changed in Xander when he’d been wrapped up in his own drama and too self-absorbed to realize that his playboy brother had finally mentally grown into a man.
London fingered a lock of Xander’s hair away from his face. “I’d be honored. That is, if you still want me.”
Xander ripped away the towel around his waist and tossed it to the ground, leaving himself completely naked. His cock stood tall and straight, weeping with a pearly drop at the tip.
With a last glance his way, Xander seemed to double-check that Javier was okay with this decision. Funny how they hadn’t really been communicating for years, and suddenly, when it came to this girl, they were completely in sync. Javier nodded at him.
“Of course, I want you,” Xander assured. “I’ve been trying every trick I know to get you to notice me so that I could get into your panties.” He glanced down her naked body with a wink. “Oh, look. You don’t have any panties.”
She giggled through the remnants of her tears of release. The sweet, light sound warmed Javier’s heart. Xander’s driving desire to possess the girl was all over his face, in the tense set of his shoulders. God knew, his brother’s cock had to be screaming for release almost as loudly as his own. But Xander took the time to try to make London feel at ease. He needed her relaxed so she could feel the pleasure.
Javier brushed strands of pale hair away from London’s face, then kissed her forehead, her nose, then her lips for a soft moment. “You’re in good hands.” He looked his brother’s way. “Would you like to be alone?”
Xander looked at him as if he’d lost his damn mind. “No. Stay. Talk to her. Help me keep her happy, surrounded, and aroused.”
For whatever reason, Xander wanted him to be a part of the experience, to let him imprint himself in her memories at the same time. So she would relate pleasure with the both of them. Sometimes, his little brother had strokes of genius. He still wasn’t sure why Xander would go so far out of his way to share his woman, and he supposed he should worry about the shit fit HR would have if they knew he’d just given his assistant an orgasm and hoped to fuck her soon. But for now, he shoved all those thoughts aside and simply savored her.
“Stay,” London took his hand in her soft, capable one. “Please.”
Chapter Twelve
LONDON shook. Excitement. Anticipation. A little anxiety. Everything about this moment stunned her. She watched the brothers, her head still reeling. This was like a fantasy, them both wanting her, compromising with one another and working together for their benefit—and hers. Individually, they touched her with a passion that made her sway, swoon. Ache. But together . . . what she felt became a devastating need, smashing all her preconceived notions of desire. The way they played her, each picking up where the other left off, taking cues from one another, boggled her mind. And delighted her body. Moisture flowed from her aching sex, coating her folds and swelling them. She was beyond ready to feel them deep inside her.
But this moment hovered between them. She held her breath. Would Javier stay? London felt sure that Xander would be a gentle lover—at first. Then he would unleash that nasty, wild side she saw beneath that wicked grin. But somehow, it would be less than perfect without Javier there, watching . . . preparing to take his turn next. Maybe because that was her fantasy, to have them both adoring her. Maybe because she had feelings for both and worried that if Javier walked away, it could only mean he didn’t feel the same. Whatever it was, the moment tore at her composure.
Careful to keep her back concealed, London arched from the bed enough to wrap her hand around his neck. She kissed him recklessly, with a desperation she couldn’t contain. Javier didn’t hesitate to respond. He grabbed her face in his hands, as if she were a precious treasure, and slanted his mouth over hers possessively, his tongue tangling with hers.
Desire became a drug that made her high and kept her reeling. She floated on pure pleasure. Her skin tingled. Her frantic heart pounded like a drum. After that orgasm, she should be sated. But no. She wanted more of every sexual, dominant act they could unleash on her. She trembled with the need to give herself over to them in every way.
Through her cloud of passion, she heard the sounds of ripping nearby. Javier jerked, and London turned. They both stared at Xander, watching as he tossed a condom wrapper on the nightstand and eased the latex down the fat head of his erection. She swallowed. His long, thick oh-my-God-will-it-fit cock made her eyes flare wide. Veins bulged and throbbed down his shaft. She reached out to touch him, lips parted, breath held.
Her fingers closed around the bare, bottom half of his shaft. His heat stunned her, as did his size once more. She couldn’t get her fingers to meet around the thick column of flesh. But what amazed her most was his soft, soft skin.
Curious, with clit throbbing, she grazed her fingers up to the latex-covered tip, then down to the naked root, jutting out from a patch of black hair. Xander groaned and growled out a guttural curse, head thrown back.
“You’re more sensitive without the condom? she asked.
His body tightened, shoulders squaring. It was costing him self-control to let her touch him this way. But he was allowing it to put her at ease. Finally, he nodded.
Javier sidled closer, murmuring in her ear. “Skin-to-skin contact is always the most pleasurable. He will still enjoy every bit of your body, even with the condom. But he’s protecting you, little one.”
She’d known that, but still Xander’s gesture touched her somehow. At first glance, he didn’t seem like the type of man to sacrifice his own comfort or happiness for anyone else. But he’d risked his relationship with his brother to bring him to Lafayette so he could save Javier. The way she’d heard it, he’d helped his friends from more than one scrape, sometimes risking his own life. Xander clearly wanted her, yet he’d offered her to his brother first because he loved Javier. And now he stunted his own pleasure so he didn’t put her at risk. She realized that he had many material things—cars, houses, fancy clothes, and flashy women—but did he have anything his heart truly needed? London suspected that Xander had maneuvered this situation with her and his brother because, deep down, he wanted to be embraced, accepted. Not that Xander knew it consciously. He didn’t. But she wondered . . . when had anyone done anything for him?
